Our customer had already had his garage converted by Distinctive Finish and he was so pleased he asked us to do the loft.  We added a full set of stairs with fire door at the bottom, and a safety rail at the top.

We also added two Velux windows for light, and a dormer window for space.

As we had lowered the ceilings in the rooms below there was a bulk head so we made a bespoke bed unit with built in drawers and shelves.  We also added cupboards in the eaves to make the most of the storage.

From the outside the dormer window was created in such a way as to remain sympathetic to the age of the house.
